Where do the skates take place?

Our default location is Gateway Arena in Stoney Creek. We also travel to rinks across Southern Ontario for team training, camps, and private sessions. Let us know your preferred location when reaching out.

What ages are group skates for?

Group skates are typically for players ages 7 and up. Matt’s sessions are built to deliver the same mental and physical development across all age groups—players adapt to the intensity and structure of his drills, ensuring consistent results regardless of age or skill level.

How many skaters are in a group session?

Sessions usually range from 6 to 12 skaters, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 15.

What types of training do you offer?

We offer several training formats:
